Apex
Apex o Niaqunngut inuktitut es una comunautat inuit non inclusa en l'Illa de Baffin en Nunavut, Canadà. Se tròba a 5 km al sud-èst d'Iqaluit, en una pichona peninsula que dessepara Koojesse e Tarr. Istòricament Apex èra lo lòc on la majoritat d'inuits demoravon pr'amor qu'Iqaluit èra un lòc militar e enebit a cap persona que non trabalhèsse en la basa militara de Canadà. I a un refugi per la femna, una glèisa, una escòla per pichons e un petit hotel. La banlèga d'Iqaluit foguèt construcha en 1949, quan la Companhia de la Baia d'Hudson mudèt las sieunas operacions al sud de Baffin, en Ward Inlet e a la platja d'Apex, per favorir la pista de d'aterratge [1].
