L'angika es una lenga indoariana parlada en Índia e en Nepal.
Localisacion
En Índia la lenga es parlada dins l'èst de Bihar, dins los districtes de Munger, Bhagalpur e Banka. Es tamben parlat en Jharkhand, dins la division de Santhal Pargana[1] e en Nepal, dins las planas del Sud, una region coneguda sos lo nom de Tarai.
Classificacion dialèctes
L'angika èra vist coma un dialècte maithili dusqua 1961, ont apareis dins lo recensament de populacion coma lenga mairala de 5000 personas[2]. Fa partida de las lengas bihari, una branca de las lengas indoarianas, que fan partida de la familha indoeuropèa.
