Żory (dibaca:[:Zho-ree]) (bahasa Jerman: Sohrau) merupakan sebuah bandar di Poland selatan dengan 62,800 penduduk pada tahun (2004).
Terletak di Wilayah Silesia (sejak 1999), sebelumnya di Wilayah Katowice (1975-1998).
