ZF2001 dengan nama cap dagang ZIFIVAX, ialah sejenis vaksin COVID-19 subunit protein tambahan yang dikembangkan oleh Anhui Zhifei Longcom dengan kerjasama Institut Mikrobiologi di Akademi Sains China.[1][2] Pada Disember 2020, vaksin ini telah dijalankan ujian tahap III dengan 29,000 orang peserta di China, Ecuador, Malaysia, Pakistan dan Uzbekistan.[3][4]
ZF2001 menggunakan teknologi yang serupa dengan vaksin berasaskan protein lain dalam percubaan Tahap III daripada Novavax, Vector Institute dan Medicago.[5] Vaksin ini diberikan dalam tiga dos dalam jangka masa dua bulan.[6]
ZF2001 pertama kali diluluskan untuk digunakan di Uzbekistan dan kemudian China.[7][8] Kapasiti pengeluaran dijangka mencecah satu bilion dos setahun.[6] Keputusan ujian tahap II yang diterbitkan dalam The Lancet melalui penggunaan tiga dos menunjukkan kadar serokonversi antibodi peneutralan antara 92% hingga 97%.[9]
