Datuk Haji Yussof bin Haji Mahal (1 Mei 1957 – 12 Disember 2025) merupakan Ahli Parlimen Labuan. Dalam Pilihan Raya Umum Malaysia 2008 beliau mengalahkan dua orang calon, Matusin Abd. Rahman dari PAS dan Lau Seng Kiat yang merupakan calon bebas. Yussof Mahal memperolehi majoriti sebanyak 8,457 undi. Beliau memperolehi 10,471 undi berbanding dengan Lau Seng Kiat yang memperolehi 2,014 undi manakala Matusin memperolehi hanya 1,106 undi dan kehilangan deposit.
