Yasuke (ditulis sebagai 弥助 atau 弥介, 彌助 atau 彌介 dalam banyak sumber zaman Edo) merupakan seorang pelayan berbangsa Afrika yang berkhidmat sebagai khadam daimyō Oda Nobunaga semasa zaman Sengoku Jepun.[3][5][6]

Beliau mula menjejak kaki di Jepun bersama rombongan mubaligh Jesuit pada tahun 1579.
