Komunikasi wayarles atau nirwayar ialah pemindahan maklumat atau kuasa antara dua atau lebih mata yang tidak disambungkan oleh konduktor elektrik. Teknologi menerapkan komunikasi ini paling biasa menggunakan gelombang radio. Dengan gelombang radio, jarak yang dimaksudkan boleh menjadi pendek, seperti beberapa meter untuk Bluetooth atau sejauh berjuta-juta kilometer untuk komunikasi radio dalam ruang.
