Valeri Vladimirovich Polyakov (Rusia: Валерий Владимирович Поляков; 27 April 1942 – 19 September 2022) ialah bekas kosmonaut Rusia. Beliau memegang rekod untuk penerbangan angkasa terlama dalam sejarah manusia, tinggal di dalam stesen angkasa Mir lebih dari 14 bulan (437 hari 18 jam) dalam satu perjalanan.
