Flavius Julius Valens (Latin: FLAVIUS IVLIVS VALENS AVGVSTVS; 328 – 9 Ogos 378) adalah seorang maharaja Rom (364–378), selepas beliau diberikan bahagian timur oleh abang beliau Valentinian I.
