Pelbagai jenis transistor

Transistor ialah sejenis peranti semikonduktor yang penting penggunaannya dalam alatan elektronik. Ia berfungsi untuk meninggikan arus, voltan, dan kuasa selain digunakan sebagai suis. Ia mampu berperanan menghantarkan isyarat dari suatu litar berintang rendah kepada satu litar lain yang berintang lebih tinggi.[1]. [2]

Transistor merupakan asas pembinaan peranti elektronik moden.
