Thomas Bing Kin Chong[1] (lahir 24 Mei 1938) ialah, penulis, pengarah, pemuzik, pelakon aktivis dan pelawak Kanada-Amerika. Beliau terkenal dengan album komedi Cheech & Chong bertemakan ganja dan filem dengan Cheech Marin, serta memegang watak Leo dalam siri Fox That '70s Show. Beliau menjadi warganegara Amerika Syarikat pada lewat 1980-an.[2][3]
