Toghrul (Mongolia: Тоорил хан, ᠣᠩ ᠬᠠᠭᠠᠨ, Toolil han), juga dikenali sebagai Wang Khan atau Ong Khan (Ван хан Wan han; maut 1203) adalah seorang Khan Kerait. Toghrul adalah saudara angkat (anda) kepada Khan Mongol Temüjin. Anak lelaki kepada Yesugei, kelak dikenali sebagai Genghis Khan. Sumber utama dalam hidupnya ialah Sejarah Rahsia Bangsa Mongol.[1]
