Timothy Donald Cook (lahir 1 November 1960) ialah seorang eksekutif perniagaan Amerika Syarikat yang telah menjadi ketua pegawai eksekutif Apple Inc. sejak tahun 2011. Cook sebelum ini berkhidmat sebagai ketua pegawai operasi syarikat di bawah pengasas bersama Steve Jobs.
Pada April 2026, Apple mengumumkan bahawa Cook akan meletakkan jawatan sebagai Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Apple pada 1 September 2026. John Ternus dinamakan sebagai pengganti.
