Tepek
Tepek atau lempeng pisang ialah kuih tradisional masyarakat Melayu yang diperbuat dari pisang berintikan kelapa. Daun pisang akan dilayor di atas api. Adunan seperti jejemput/cucur akan diratakan di atasnya dan kelapa parut diletakkan diatas sebelum dilipat. Kemudian kuih ini disalai di dalam daun pisang, di atas kuali tanpa minyak. Bahan-bahan yang terlibat dalam membuat Tepek ialah:
- Pisang (dilenyek)
- Tepung Gandum
- Gula
- Isi Kelapa diparut (Utuk inti)
- Daun Pisang sebagai pembalut
Selain sedap dimakan, tepek sihat untuk badan kerana dimasak tanpa menggunakan minyak.
