Teleostomi adalah satu takson lama[1] vertebrata berjawatan Gnathostomata yang secara teoretis termasuk tetrapod, ikan tulang, dan ikan akanthodian yang sudah pun pupus. Ciri utama kumpulan ini termasuk satu operculum dan satu pasang pembukaan pernafasan, ciri-ciri yang hilang atau diubahsuai dalam beberapa wakil yang kemudiannya. Teleostomi merangkumi semua vertebrata berjawatan kecuali kondrikte dan punah kelas Placodermi.

Kajian terkini menunjukkan bahawa Osteichthyes berkembang daripada placoderms seperti Entelognathus, manakala akanthodian lebih berkait rapat dengan chondrichthyes moden. Oleh itu, Teleostomi bukanlah klad semula jadi yang sah, tetapi sekumpulan spesies paraphyletic.[1]

Klad Teleostomi tidak boleh dikelirukan dengan infrakelas yang bersuara serupa Teleostei.
