Rafael Edward Cruz (/kruːz/; lahir 22 Disember 1970) ialah seorang ahli politik dan peguam Amerika yang berkhidmat sebagai junior Senator Amerika Syarikat untuk Texas sejak 2013. Beliau ialah calon untuk penamaan presiden Republik pada pilihan raya 2016.[1][2]
