Taiz (Arab: تَعِزّ, rumi: Taʿizz) merupakan sebuah bandar di barat daya Yaman. Ia terletak di tanah tinggi Yaman, berhampiran bandar pelabuhan Makha di Laut Merah, pada ketinggian kira-kira 1,400 meter (4,600 ka) di atas paras laut. Ia adalah ibu kota Kegabenoran Taiz. Sehingga 2023, bandar ini mempunyai anggaran penduduk kira-kira 940,600 penduduk menjadikannya bandar ketiga terbesar di Yaman.[2]
