Systema adalah ilmu bela diri Rusia yang digabungkan daripada berbagai-bagai aliran bela diri masyarakat Rusia.

Ia disusun dan dipelopori oleh tentera elit Rusia.

Sekilas pandang gayanya seperti gaya ninja, silat dan jujitsu. Perbezaan yang ketara ialah latihannya dibuat dalam suasana riang dan teknik-tekniknya dilakukan dengan bersahaja.
