Syria Palestina (Bahasa Yunani Koine: Συρία ἡ Παλαιστίνη, rumi: Syría hē Palaistínē [syˈri.a (h)e̝ pa.lɛsˈt̪i.ne̝]; Jawi: سوريا فلسطين)[1] ialah sebuah wilayah Rom di rantau Palestin antara awal abad ke-2 dan akhir abad ke-4 Masihi. Ibu kotanya dahulu ialah Caesarea Maritima.[2][3] Ia merupakan bahagian penting dalam sejarah semasa Empayar Rom di kawasan yang dikenali sebagai Palestin Rom.[4]
