Sousse (bahasa Arab: سوسة Susa) merupakan bandar ketiga terbesar di Tunisia, terletak sekitar 140 kilometer di sebelah selatan Tunis, ibu negara Tunisia. Penduduknya berjumlah 546 413 orang pada tahun (2004).
