So Taguchi (田口 壮, Taguchi Sō, lahir 2 Julai 1969) ialah bekas pemain besbol Jepun yang beraksi sebagai outfielder. Beliau pernah beraksi di Major League Baseball (MLB) bersama pasukan St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Phillies dan Chicago Cubs selepas menghabiskan sepuluh musim bersama pasukan Orix BlueWave dari Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) di Jepun. Kemudian, beliau menghabiskan kariernya dengan pulang ke Jepun dan beraksi untuk Orix Buffaloes selama dua tahun.

Taguchi ialah pemain kelahiran Jepun ketiga yang memenangi Siri Dunia selepas Hideki Irabu pada 1998 dan Tadahito Iguchi pada 2005. Taguchi juga menjadi pemain Jepun yang menjuarai Siri Dunia bersama dua pasukan berbeza iaitu bersama pasukan St. Louis Cardinals pada 2006 dan bersama pasukan Philadelphia Phillies pada 2008.
