Sinja (Arab: سنجة) merupakan sebuah bandar yang terletak di Negeri Sennar Sudan pada ketinggian 439 meter (1,440 kaki) dari paras laut. Pekan ini terletak di tebing barat Sungai Nil Biru pada jarak 360 kilometer (220 batu) ke tenggara ibu kota, Khartoum, dan 60 kilometer dari bandar Sennar. Penduduknya direkodkan menjadi 259,000 pada tahun 2002.[2]
