Simplilearn adalah syarikat teknologi pendidikan dalam talian global yang beribu pejabat di San Francisco, California. Ditubuhkan oleh jurutera India Krishna Kumar pada tahun 2010.[1]

Pada awal 2021, ia melepasi lebih dari 2 juta pelajar di platformnya dari 150 negara.[2]

Sejarah

Simplilearn ditubuhkan pada tahun 2010 oleh pengusaha India Krishna Kumar, seorang pelajar Institut Teknologi Nasional, Suratkal.[3] Simplilearn pada mulanya bermula sebagai blog teknologi.[4] Namun, ia kemudian menjadi laman web latihan untuk topik berkaitan pengurusan projek.[5]

Pada tahun 2020, portal pembelajaran perusahaan menyediakan pensijilan dalam talian (MOOC) yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan siber, pengkomputeran awan[6], pengurusan projek, pemasaran digital dan sains data.

Pembiayaan

Setakat ini, syarikat telah mengumpulkan $31 juta modal daripada pelabur seperti Innoven Capital, Helion Venture Partners, Kalaari Capital dan Mayfield Fund.[7]
