Seti II (atau Sethos II) merupakan firaun kelima Dinasti Kesembilan Belas Mesir dan bertakhta dari s. 1203 SM hingga 1197 SM.[1] Nama takhtanya, Userkheperure Setepenre, bermaksud "Kekuasaan ialah penjelmaan Re, yang terpilih Re."[4] Baginda merupakan putera Merneptah dan Isetnofret II dan bersemayam di atas takhta semasa zaman yang dikenali kerana rancangan jahat dinasti dan pemerintahan pendek, dan pemerintahannya tiada bezanya. Seti II perlu menghadapi banyak komplot serius, yang ternyata sekali penaikan takhta raja saingan yang bernama Amenmesse, mungkin saudara tirinya, yang merampas kekuasaan ke atas Thebes dan Nubia di Mesir Hulu semasa tahun pemerintahan kedua hingga keempat.
