Sempati (Sanskrit: संपाती; IAST: Sampāti) ialah watak di dalam Epik Ramayana dan sebagai karakter separa dewa di dalam kepercayaan hindu.

Beliau ialah anak sulung pengemudi kereta kuda dewa matahari Suria, Aruna dan Isteri Seyani (Shyeni)​. Beliau juga abang sulung kepada Jentayu.[1] Mempunyai rupa bentuk seekor hering atau helang. Sempati tiada sayap sejak kecil lagi. Berdasarkan hikayat Brahma Purana, Sempati mempunyai seekor anak yang sangat tangkas dan masyhur, Babru.
