Album ketiga kumpulan Meditasi ini diterbitkan pada tahun 1992, juga di bawah label PMI (Perdana Muzikal Industri). Ini merupakan album terakhir mereka di bawah label tersebut kerana masalah yang melanda PMI (Perdana Muzikal Industri) sedikit sebanyak turut mengganggu kelancaran promosi dan dengan itu sambutan pada album ketiga mereka ini kurang mendapat perhatian. Berikutan dengan itu, beberapa anggota kumpulan ini mengundurkan diri serta membawa haluan masing-masing.
