Kumpulan Real X adalah sebuah kumpulan yang asalnya bernama Real XPDC. Ia terpaksa ditukar nama dari Real XPDC kepada Real X kerana Life Rekod tidak membenarkan EMI menggunakan perkataan XPDC kerana mereka merupakan pemegang trademark label berkenaan ketika album Real XPDC telah siap dan akan memasuki pasaran.
