Rami (Jawi: ‏رامي‎‎; nama saintifik: Boehmeria nivea) ialah sejenis tumbuhan berbunga serumpun jelatang dalam keluarga Urticaceae. Tisu dalaman atau floem batang tumbuhan ini diperolehi sebagai suatu sumber gentian membuat kain yang tahan lasak[1] sejak zaman dahulu kala di China, India dan rantau Nusantara.[2]

Tanaman rami dituai terutamanya pada waktu ia berbunga dengan serat paling banyak terkumpul ketika ini.[3] Penuaian ini boleh dilakukan sebanyak dua hingga 3 bahkan juga enam kali setahun.[3]
