RDRAM
DRDRAM atau Direct Rambus Dynamic Random Access Memory (sesekali cuma dipanggil RDRAM atau Rambus DRAM) merupakan sejenis RAM segerak dinamik yang dikeluarkan oleh Perbadanan Rambus.

- Modul Memori: Rambus Inline Memory Module (RIMM)
- Kelajuan: 800 MHz (PC800)
Sejak mula-mula diperkenalkan pada 1996, RDRAM kurang mempunyai perkembangan. RDRAM dalam kelajuan yang lebih tinggi masih dalam peringkat kajian.
Pencapaian
Keistimewaan RDRAM ialah kelajuan data lebih tinggi (800 MHz) menjanjikan kadar perpindahan data yang lebih baik terutamanya dari segi grafik. Kebanyakan RD-RAM mempunyai penyerak haba (heat spreader).
