Qana, juga mengeja Kana atau Kana, (Arab: قانا)[1] ialah sebuah bandar di selatan Lubnan yang terletak 10 kilometer (6.2 bt) tenggara bandar Tirus dan 12 kilometer (7.5 bt) utara sempadan dengan Israel, di kawasan yang secara sejarah dikenali sebagai Upper Galilee. Qana terkenal dengan zaman purbanya, serta menjadi tempat di mana Jesus Of Nazareth dan Ibunya Maria melawat dan menghadiri majlis perkahwinan. Ia dihormati oleh penganut Kristian dan Muslim Lubnan.

10,000 penduduk Qana terutamanya Syiah[2] walaupun terdapat juga masyarakat Kristian Melkite (Katolik Yunani) di kampung tersebut.
