Python regius merupakan satu spesies ular sawa yang ditemui di Afrika. Ini adalah yang terkecil dalam kalangan ular sawa Afrika dan amat digemari sebagai haiwan belaan terutamanya disebabkan oleh sifatnya yang jinak pada kebiasaannyat. Spesies ini tidak dibahagikan kepada subspesies.[2] Ular ini diberi jolokan "ular sawa bebola" sempena kecenderungannya untuk membelit dirinya menjadi bebola apabila tertekan atau takut.[3] Nama saintifiknya adalah regius bersempena kononnya bahawa Firaun Mesir, Cleopatra pernah memakai ular ini di keliling pergelangan tangannya.
