Pune (puɳeː, Bahasa Marathi: पुणे), juga dikenali sebagai Poona atau Punawadi atau Punya-Nagari ialah bandar ke-8 terbesar di India. Ia adalah bandar kedua besar di negeri Maharashtra selepas Mumbai. Pernah menjadi ibu negara bagi Empayar Maratha, 560 meter dari aras laut di Penara Dakkan berhampiran Sungai Mutha. Ia menjadi pusat pentadbiran daerah Pune dan bandar metro ke-8 India.

Pune diketahui telah wujud sejak 937 M lagi.
