Posmen, penghantar surat atau tukang pos (Bahasa Inggeris: postman atau postwoman di Britain;[1] letter carrier di Amerika Syarikat; postie di Australia[2] dan New Zealand[3]; serta Belanda: Postbode) merupakan pekerja pejabat pos atau perkhidmatan pos, yang menghantar surat atau bungkusan ke tempat tinggal dan perniagaan. Pos Diraja British (Royal Mail), menukar nama rasmi pekerjaan ini dari pembawa/penghantar surat kepada "posmen" pada tahun 1883.[4]
