Pantomim

Pantomim ialah suatu pementasan komedi muzikal yang wujud dan dikembangkan di England, dan ia masih dipersembahkan terutamanya pada perayaan Krismas dan Tahun Baru. Ia biasanya melibatkan nyanyian lagu, lagak kelakar, komedi slapstik and tarian. Cerita-cerita yang disampaikan dalam pementasan ini biasanya berdasarkan cerita rakyat yang diterapkan dengan jenaka topikal atau semasa.[1][2] Ia merupakan suatu persembahan teater yang sangat melibatkan penonton yang digalakkan turut serta dalam acara nyanyian serta membuat sorakan kepada para pelakon.
