Pacu (Jawi: ‏ڤاچو‎‎) ialah alat besi tajam atau bergerigi yang digunakan untuk menggalakkan ("memacu") haiwan tunggangan seperti kuda bergerak dengan lebih laju.[1] Ia sering dipasangkan pada kasut penunggang.

Alat ini banyak digunakan tamadun dan budaya yang menggunakan kuda sebagai haiwan pergantungan sepanjang zaman; ia mula dicatat oleh masyarakat Celt pada sekitar abad ke-5 SM semasa berkembangnya zaman Besi di tengah benua Eropah; malah pernah disebutkan dalam catatan sejarah Xenophon[2][3] sampai diterapkan masyarakat Rom purba.[4] Alat ini turut diperkenalkan ke dunia Arab semasa meluasnya pengaruh Islam di rantau tersebut.[5]
