PLOS (singkatan untuk Public Library of Science, "Perpustakaan Awam Sains") ialah penerbit sains, penerbit teknologi dan perubatan bukan untung dengan pustaka jurnal capaian terbuka dan kesusasteraan saintifik lain di bawah lesen kandungan terbuka. Ia melancarkan jurnal pertamanya, PLOS Biology, pada Oktober 2003 dan (Setakat Oktober 2015[kemas kini]) menerbitkan tujuh jurnal.[1][2] Pertubuhan ini berpusat di San Francisco, California, dan mempunyai pejabat editorial di Cambridge, Britain. Penerbitan ini terutama dibiayai oleh pembayaran dari penulis.
