Telefónica UK Limited (berdagang sebagai O2 - disusun sebagai O2) adalah pembekal perkhidmatan telekomunikasi di United Kingdom, yang dimiliki oleh konglomerat telekomunikasi Sepanyol Telefónica, dan beribu pejabat di Slough.[2] Dengan 26 juta pelanggan (sehingga November 2019), O2 ialah pengendali rangkaian mudah alih kedua terbesar di United Kingdom selepas EE, dengan Vodafone di tempat ketiga.
Syarikat ini dibentuk pada tahun 1985 sebagai Cellnet, pada mulanya usaha sama antara BT Group dan Securicor, kemudian dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh BT. Cellnet ialah rangkaian telefon bimbit kedua yang dilancarkan di UK selepas Vodafone tiga tahun lebih awal. Ia diputar dari BT pada tahun 2002 untuk membentuk syarikat induk baru, mmO2 plc, yang memperkenalkan jenama "O2" untuk perniagaan. Pada tahun 2006 syarikat itu dibeli oleh Telefónica, yang mengekalkan jenama O2 dan ibu pejabat syarikat itu di UK.
