Netuma ialah genus duri yang dijumpai di Lautan Hindi dan barat Lautan Pasifik di mana ia ditemukan perairan masin, payau dan tawar dari pesisir Afrika hingga ke Australia lalu ke China. Terdapat empat spesies diakui dalam genus ini kini.

Spesies terbesarnya, iaitu duri jahan, Netuma thalassina, boleh tumbuh hingga 185 cm (73 in) panjang keseluruhan.[2]
