Neokorteks, juga dipanggil neopallium, isokorteks, atau korteks enam lapis, ialah satu set lapisan korteks serebrum mamalia yang terlibat dalam fungsi otak peringkat tinggi seperti persepsi deria, kognisi, penjanaan arahan motor,[1] ruang penaakulan dan bahasa.[2] Neokorteks dibahagikan lagi kepada isokorteks sebenar dan proisokorteks.[3]

Dalam otak manusia, neokorteks ialah bahagian terbesar korteks serebrum, yang merupakan lapisan luar serebrum, dengan alokorteks membentuk selebihnya. Neokorteks terdiri daripada enam lapisan, dilabel dari bahagian paling luar ke dalam, I hingga VI.
