Negeri-negeri Salibi merujuk kepada beberapa buah negeri feudal yang diwujudkan oleh tentera-tentera salib daripada Eropah Barat di Asia Kecil, Yunani dan Tanah Suci (kawasan Israel dan Palestin purba dan moden). Kuasa-kuasa Islam di Timur Tengah kemudian akhirnya menakluk negeri-negeri ini. Nama ini juga merujuk kepada pertambahan kawasan jajahan (selalunya kecil dan tidak lama) yang diperolehi oleh dunia Kristian pada Zaman Pertengahan menentang orang Islam dan pagan.
