Nat (နတ်; MLCTS: nat; IPA: [naʔ]) ialah roh atau semangat disembah di Myanmar menerapkan unsur-unsur Buddhisme. Ia lebih dipercayai dalam kalangan warga pedalaman berbanding warga kota Myanmar lagi-lagi dalam kalangan masyarakat Bamar yang beranutan Buddha Theravāda.

Terdapat sebanyajk 37 nat yang disembah terdiri daripada roh-roh manusia yang meninggal dalam keadaan yang mengerikan atau "hijau/mentah" (စိမ်းသေ sein se), manakala selebihnya merupakan semangat alam sekitar seperti pokok dan air. Nat-nat ini boleh dikhususkan para penyembahnya kepada ciri, tujuan dan tempat tertentu.

Terdapat dua kelas "nat" ini:[1]

  • nat yang berpangkat roh diberi nama auk nat (အောက်နတ်),
  • nat berpangkat dewa yang dipercayai menghuni enam buah syurga dinamakan ahtet nat (အထက်နတ်)
