Mustafa IV (Turki Uthmaniyyah: مصطفى رابع, rumi: Muṣṭafā-yi rābi‘) (8 September, 1779 – 15/16 November, 1808), merupakan anak lelaki kepada Abdülhamid I (1774–1789). Tempoh pemerintahan beliau sebagai Sultan Empayar Uthmaniyah adalah singkat iaitu bermula tahun 1807 sehingga 1808. Beliau telah dilahirkan di Istanbul. Ibu beliau adalah Valide Sultan Ayse Seniyeperver. Ibu beliau menjaga pendidikan beliau, tetapi Mustafa adalah seorang yang tamak, kejam dan gemar akan kehidupan mewah.
