Mudug (Somali: Mudug, Arab: مدج) ialah sebuah kawasan pentadbiran (gobol) di utara-tengah Somalia. Tersebar di kawasan seluas 72,933 km2 (28,160 bt2), bahagian utara Mudug adalah sebahagian daripada Puntland manakala sebahagian besar Mudug adalah sebahagian daripada Negeri Galmudug, kedua-duanya merupakan negeri autonomi dalam Republik Persekutuan Somalia.[7] Ia menampilkan ekonomi luar bandar yang sebahagian besarnya berasaskan mata pencarian penternakan dan pertanian terhad. Persekitaran keselamatan tidak menentu disebabkan oleh perbalahan antara puak dan percanggahan bidang kuasa, yang telah mengakibatkan cabaran kemanusiaan dan tadbir urus.[8][9]
