Mimi Chu (Bahasa Cina: 朱咪咪, dilahirkan sebagai Choo Yit Mei, bahasa Cina: 朱月美) adalah pelakon dan penyanyi Hong Kong kelahiran Malaysia. Dia tinggal di Singapura sebelum pindah ke Hong Kong. Dia telah muncul di banyak acara. [1] Sebagai seorang pelakon, dia adalah wajah yang dikenali di Hong Kong dan Asia Tenggara yang pernah muncul di produksi Hong Kong dan Singapura. [2]
Mimi masih memiliki flat HDB di Singapura dan anak-anaknya mendapat pendidikan di Singapura. Kakaknya adalah pengasas dan ketua syarikat tersenarai di Singapura. Dia adalah kakak ipar pelakon Hong Kong dan bekas polis Joe Ma .
