Michael James Way (lahir 10 September 1980)[1] ialah seorang pemuzik dan pelakon dari Amerika Syarikat. Beliau pernah menganggotai kugiran rock My Chemical Romance[1] yang diasaskan bersama abangnya Gerard sebagai pemain bes; beliau juga vokalis latar grup duo Electric Century.[2][3]
