Mark Edward Kelly (lahir 21 Februari 1964) ialah seorang ahli politik, ahli perniagaan, pesara angkasawan NASA dan kapten Tentera Laut AS yang telah bersara yang kini berkhidmat sebagai senator junior Amerika Syarikat dari Arizona sejak 2020.[3] Sebagai ahli parti Demokrat, beliau telah dipilih dalam pilihan raya khas yang dicetuskan oleh kematian senator John McCain, menewaskan penyandang Republikan Martha McSally.
