Marj (Arab: المرج, al-Marj, "Padang rumput"), El Merj di Benghazi dan Arab Mesir, ialah sebuah bandar di timur laut Libya dan pusat pentadbiran Daerah Marj.[2] Ia terletak di lembah tanah tinggi yang dipisahkan dari Laut Mediterranean oleh pelbagai bukit, sebahagian daripada Pergunungan Jebel Akhdar, dan secara amnya dipercayai sebagai tapak bandar purba Barca.
Setakat 2004[kemas kini], ia mempunyai anggaran penduduk 85,315.[1] Terdapat beberapa bank di jalan utama dan pejabat pos utama terletak di pusat bandar, tidak jauh dari masjid Abu Bakar Assiddiq.[3]
