Amanda Leigh Moore, atau lebih dikenali sebagai Mandy Moore (lahir 10 April 1984) merupakan penyanyi, komposer dan pelakon Amerika Syarikat. Beliau dilahirkan di Nashua, New Hampshire dan dibesarkan di Longwood, Florida, luar Orlando. Moore mula muncul dengan single pertamanya, "Candy", yang menduduki tangga ke-41 dalam "Billboard Hot 100". Selepas menandatangani kontrak bersama Epic Records, beliau melancarkan album pertamanya, So Real, pada tahun 1999.
Selain menyanyi, Moore juga aktif dalam lakonan. Pada tahun 2001, beliau muncul dalam filem komedi Dr. Dolittle 2. Kemudian, beliau turut muncul dalam The Princess Diaries bersama Anne Hathaway. Pada tahun 2002, beliau menjadi bintang utama bersama Shane West dalam filem A Walk to Remember.
