MGMT (dahulunya dikenali sebagai "The Management" ) adalah Band Indie dari Amerika Syarikat dibentuk oleh: Andrew VanWyngarden (gitar dan vokal utama), Ben Goldwasser (keyboard dan guru suara). Band ini telah ditubuhkan pada tahun 2002 dan memulakan kerjaya profesional pada tahun 2007 dengan album Oracular Spectacular.
