MBDA adalah sebuah pembangun dan pengeluar peluru berpandu yang beroperasi di Britain, Perancis, Jerman dan Itali. Ia telah ditubuhkan pada tahun 2001 ekoran penggabungan Aérospatiale-Matra Missiles (dari EADS), Finmeccanica dan Matra BAe Dynamics.^{[perlu rujukan]} Pada tahun 2003, syarikat ini memiliki 10,000 orang pekerja dan pendapatan tahunannya pada tahun 2005 adalah €3 bilion.
